Apparently we have lived in San Antonio for too long. I know this because the only music that will get my crabby, fighting (yes, fighting), screaming kids to be quiet in the car is Latin Accordian music. I will scan through all the radio stations trying to find something that I pray will get them to calm down. As soon as the radio stops on the Latin music, the kind that sounds like Feliz Navidad, in an instant they are dancing around in their car seats with big smiles on their faces. It is hilarious. I guess I should be thankful that its not the hard core rock music instead!
I would post an example for your listening pleasure but I am too tired to figure it out. :)

I didn't even recognize Kalon in his pics. He looks so big! I feel I haven't been gone for THAT long, have I? kids think the weirdest things are so funny!
hahaha, that is hilarious!!! I so know the music!! Bum bum bum bum bum..that was me doing the bass part. So funny...
Oh they like mariachi bands! I pretty much loathe that music because it wakes me up often at 3:00 am when a tenant decides to come home sounding like the mexican parade just came into town. ugh. BUT I am glad that there is something to calm your kids down...now at least you know you can go out to Mexican restaurants as a family and that your kids will be calmed by the ambiance:)
Your kids fight? I'm glad mine aren't the only ones! Funny story though!
It was fun seeing you last night! I love that distracting still works on Kallon! That gives me hope for Tyson!
tejano music!!!! It's special.
I LOVE that music! Aaron always gets mad when I turn it on and thinks I'm joking. But seriously...how can you be in a bad mood when you've got that on? I was so happy to move here and have it on multiple radio stations:). Glad you're kids like it.
